Return and Exchange policy

The following reasons are covered by FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:

  • If the product arrives defective/misprinted/damaged, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us with a picture of your item and order number, we’ll help you once verify the issue.
  • If your package appears to be lost in transit, we’d like to reprint a new one or issue the refund for you.
  • Please note, all misprinted/damaged items can only be replaced within 3 months from your original order date. After this 3 month period, Thepupsocks is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

The following reasons are covered by 15 days LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees):

If the customers choose the wrong style/ color/ size, we can offer some discount to remake the correct items you need. Please contact us within 15 days from the day you got the item.

Because all of the items are personalized, 40% customization fee would be charged once return. 

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 99 days return policy, and we are not liable for these issues: 

  • Misusing the items
  • Any orders exceed three months from your original order date

Please note, although we try our best to describe and showing the items, we cannot ensure every pictures can show the actual color due to the different screen resolution. Any questions about the color/ material/ size, please feel free to  contact our customer service team.

Cancellations/Returns

Once submitted, orders would start production. Any changes or cancellations is free within 24 hours. Please note that for any changes or cancellations after 24 hours of personalized items, there is a 30% restocking fee.

Please note, we are unable to change or cancel the orders once ship out.
